This clip is from a show called TerraNova.This clip takes place in the future and the people in this society have to wear masks because the air is dirty and they cant breath without their masks. Also in this city families are only allowed to have 2 kids. This one family had 3 kids and they believe if yu do that you should be punished so they sent the father to jail because he was trying to hide his youngest child. The mother who is a doctor got a new job in this world called Terranova so the father breaks out of prison to go with his family to Terranova. Everyone thinks Terranova is like paradise but its really not theres a lot of hidden secrets in that place.
I think this relates to the future because maybe one day we could live in a place like Terranova except for the dinsosaurs of course.
